CIP-Center for Interactive Pedagogy is a professional, non-partisan, non-governmental and non-profit association of citizens, professionals working in education. CIP has been founded in 1998 and works primarily in Serbia More on CIP

Our Mission is to contribute to the development of quality education accessible to all, because we believe that education is a right and the key factor in societal progress and in quality of life of each individual.

With our work we promote * Equal rights for all * Acknowledgment and respect for individual differences and capacities, as well as for the ethnic, national and cultural heritage and tradition * Contemporary pedagogical practice based on individualized teaching methods * Team work and partnership relations

How we try to produce positive impact:
Initiating and supporting changes and reforms in Education, towards developing a democratic society * Participating in designing educational policies* Awareness raising on problems in relation with discrimination and unequal educational starting positions, and empowering all to contribute to resolving them * Advocating the right on access to quality education for all (formal and informal) * Developing inclusive educational models on all levels of education, and preparing the Educational Institutions for integrating children and youth from minority and marginalized groups and communities * Implementing interactive forms and methods of work with children and youth and child-centered programs * Promoting the assurance of quality of the child-centered teaching practice – application of standards * Increasing the level of professional competences of educational workers * Empowering and capacity building of Roma NGOs

Improving the quality of education by implementing child-centered programs, advancing teaching staff’ professional competences and supporting School Improvement

Beside the CIP Team, our programs and activities are implemented in cooperation with CIP Trainers and Facilitators (35 persons of various profiles), Certificators (4) and other associates.
