- IMPROVING ACCESS TO AND FAIRNESS OF EDUCATION
- CIP is active in this field as we want to contribute to providing quality education for all, thus advancing the democratization of the Educational System and processes, and of society at large.
- With our strong position that Right to Education is one of the fundamental rights as our stepping stone, we simultaneously act on: developing national policies of education improvement for marginalized groups * preparing the Educational Institutions for integration of children from the marginalized groups * empowering children/youth originating from these groups (and their families) to persist in education.
- Programs, projects and other activities we implement are complementary with our activities on improving the quality of education and programs of Education for Social Justice.
- Inclusion of Children and Youth of Roma nationality into the Educational System
- CIP works in this field as of 1997, in various domains, and in cooperation with the Fund for an Open Society, Roma NGOs, Educational Institutions, MoE, Local MoEs Departments and Local Authorities.
- Inclusion of Children and Youth with Needs for Special Support into the Educational System
- Developing inclusive educational models and improving the professional competences and skills of practitioners in designing programs in which children with developmental difficulties will be able to study with their peers.
- Empowering Marginalized Families for Education - Programs intended for families and children from Roma settlements, rural and other communities without access to preschool education.
