IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION

CIP’ activities contribute to the improvement of: The quality of educational practice * The professional competences of the teaching staff * Overall operation of an educational institution.
In the course of the Educational Reform of 2001-2003 we have participated in the work of specialized MoE’s Teams for: Designing the Law on Preschool Education * Higher Education * Democratization and designing the training module for the first seminar of the Curricular Reform.
Child-centered Programs
Training and professional support (instructing in the pedagogical work) for implementation of the Step by Step methodology in working with children of preschool and early primary school age.
Training for implementation of the Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking Program – on all levels of formal and informal education.

Professional Improvement of the Educational Staff
Educational Practice Improvement Program – multi-module training program in improving various aspects of the educational work in preschool, primary and secondary education.
Preschool teacher training program Mathematics All around Us – Initial Mathematical Education in Kindergarten.
Primary School teacher training program Classroom Management.

Mentoring and Certification
Certification of teachers in preschools and primary schools in application of good child-centered practice.

School Improvement Support Program: Training programs for educational workers and other participants in the educational process, programs increasing the level of competence and self-esteem for creating and managing processes of institutional reform towards a stimulating educational environment – a learning community
